12 Days At home edition

This is a simple concept.

Step 1:  Take a picture of yourself all fresh and ready to conquer the workout.

Step 2:  Do the workout....

Ladder workout.  

1 Pushup/Modified Pushup

1 Situp or Hollow Rock or Abmat Situp or Russian Twist (Each Side)

1 Jumping Jack or Burpee or Burpee Pushup or Squat Jump

1 Any exercise of your choice.

Then up the ladder

2 Pushup/Modified Pushup

2 Situp or Hollow Rock or Abmat Situp or Russian Twist (Each Side)

2 Jumping Jack or Burpee or Burpee Pushup or Squat Jump

2 Any exercise of your choice.

And continue to 3 and on up to 12.  

If you feel strong, come on back down the ladder.

Step 3: Take an after photo and post it on social media and call out a friend and see how they are doing with their 12 Days of Christmas.

The expectation is that you work to failure.  This is a tough workout.  It requires no equipment.  Try it with friends and encourage each other. 

If you can finish it.   Post your time and try to do it faster.
